CULTURAL GROUP YANDÉ TRANSPARÁ: Encantos Amazônicos

SYNOPSIS

The dance performance "Encantos Amazônicos" is an artistic production aimed at showcasing a dance performance with rhythms, dances, and choreographies typical of the Amazon, such as carimbó, lundu marajoara, boto dance, Pretinha da Angola, and mermaid dance. For this, specific costumes and accessories are used for each rhythm. The performance is accompanied by a band (banjo, maracas, curimbó, and flute) that alternates between dances and stories about these cultural manifestations. At the end, the audience is invited to participate in an open carimbó circle. "Encantos Amazônicos" celebrates the cultural richness and charm of the Amazon through dance, with active participation from the audience.
